Growth of energy and infrastructure in Vietnam
Vietnam’s rapid pace of economic development has seen an increase in demand for energy and infrastructure, and the Government has sought to invest in quality infrastructure to support economic growth. The new Law on Public-Private Partnership which will take effect in 2021 aims to revitalise foreign investment into the infrastructure sector. In line with this, the scale, complexity and significance of such projects in Vietnam is expected to increase, as would the requirements for skilled and experienced legal counsel.
