The chapter provides a practical overview of asset recovery rules and procedures in Singapore. Focusing on recent developments, the chapter examines the primary processes and limitations for following and tracing fraudulently appropriated property, with due regard to the relevant legal rights and remedies, and issues surrounding seizure and evidence rules.
