This article is based on Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (commonly known as the Omnibus Law) and Government Regulation No. 35 of 2021 on Fixed Term Employment Agreements, Outsourcing and Rest Hours, and Termination. It sets out the differences between Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment and its implementing regulations before being amended by Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation.
