Antitrust in Singapore: 2020 in Review

We are pleased to provide an overview of antitrust developments in Singapore in 2020 and continuing trends for 2021.
Despite the uncertainties and disruptions brought about by Covid-19, 2020 marked the highest number of Competition Appeal Board decisions released in the history of antitrust enforcement by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore. Key trends in 2020, which we expect to continue in 2021, include:
