IBA Securities Law Committee eBulletin: The Singapore variable capital company - A new flexible business vehicle tailored to investment funds

The VCC will enhance the options available to Singapore fund managers for structuring and establishing investment funds in Singapore and promote Singapore as a wealth and fund management hub.
