Issue of A$750 million notes by DBS Group Holdings Ltd

Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issue of A$750 million floating rate subordinated notes due 2028 under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
