Many are familiar with Singapore as a leading international arbitration hub, yet fewer are acquainted with the Singapore International Commercial Court (“SICC”), an alternative premier forum for resolving complex cross-border commercial disputes.
This article, written in Korean, examines the landmark case of Kiri Industries Ltd v Senda International Capital Ltd, providing insights into the SICC’s approach to resolving high-stakes international commercial disputes.
