22 January 2025

Environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) factors are increasingly recognised worldwide as core indicators of an organisation’s long-term viability and value potential. With the rapid increase in ESG regulations being introduced globally in the past decade, legal and compliance departments of organisations are now at the forefront of managing ESG-related risks, while also developing robust internal systems and controls to help seize the opportunities that come along with strong ESG performance.

To support you in navigating the complex and evolving ESG landscape, we invite you to join our ESG Masterclass on 25 and 26 February 2025, conducted by the Global Reporting Initiative (“GRI”) and Allen & Gledhill.

GRI Standards are amongst the most widely used sustainability reporting standards globally, advancing the practice of sustainability reporting through 14,000 organisations in over 100 countries. Tailored for legal counsel, compliance professionals, key sustainability decision makers and business leaders, the course will offer an in-depth exploration of the following topics:

  • Introduction to the evolving ESG landscape
  • Introduction to corporate sustainability and reporting
