S$540 million green term loan and revolving credit facilities to Winchamp Investment Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Winchamp Investment Pte. Ltd. (“Winchamp”) on the S$540 million green term loan and revolving credit facilities granted by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”).
OCBC and UOB are original lenders for the financing of the of the acquisition and development of a Government Land Sales site, River Valley Green (Parcel A).
