Practical Law: Intellectual Property quick compare charts - Singapore
Allen & Gledhill Partner Dr Stanley Lai, SC contributed the Singapore content to the following Practical Law quick compare charts on Intellectual Property (“IP”):
- Assigning Benefit of Intellectual Property Licenses: This chart considers whether it is possible to assign the benefit of an IP licence.
