S$504 million term loan facility to GES Tradewinds Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch (“Maybank”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the S$504 million term loan facility (“Facility”) to GES Tradewinds Pte. Ltd. (“GES Tradewinds”).
The Facility was used by GES Tradewinds to, amongst other purposes, finance the acquisition of the property known as Mapletree Anson, located in Singapore.
Advising Maybank and UOB were Allen & Gledhill Partners Kok Chee Wai and Ernest Teo.
