S$1.4 billion acquisition refinancing, land charges, stamp duty, goods and services charge and construction facilities to GMC Property Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (“OCBC”) and United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) on the S$1.4 billion acquisition refinancing, land charges, stamp duty, goods and services charge and construction facilities (“Facilities”) granted to GMC Property Pte. Ltd., in relation to the land and redevelopment at 5001 Beach Road (“Property”), which was the subject of an en bloc acquisition.
The Facilities were secured by, inter alia, a mortgage over the Property.
