Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Wavemaker Pacific 5, L.P. (“Wavemaker”), a venture capital firm, who led the US$1 million series seed round investment in Gapai Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-headquartered digital recruitment agency and platform focused on providing recruitment services, job application and interview coaching, as well as job matching services with foreign employers for Indonesian workers.
