Allen & Gledhill named SE Asia Law Firm of the Year and Singapore Law Firm of the Year at the Asian Legal Business SE Asia Law Awards 2024
Allen & Gledhill has clinched a total of seven wins, including being named SE Asia Law Firm of the Year and Singapore Law Firm of the Year at the prestigious Asian Legal Business SE Asia Law Awards 2024, which took place on Thursday, 16 May 2024. This annual event celebrates the success of the region’s leading law firms, in-house counsel, dealmakers and deals.
In addition to the regional and country Law Firm of the Year awards, we clinched four other Firm awards and received recognition for our involvement in one Deal of the Year award. These awards are:
- Aviation Law Firm of the Year
- Corporate Citizenship Law Firm of the Year
- Medical and Healthcare Law Firm of the Year
- Real Estate Law Firm of the Year
- M&A Deal of the Year (VTAC’s De-SPAC and Business Combination with 17LIVE Inc.)
Our associate firm in Malaysia, Rahmat Lim & Partners, has also been recognised for their involvement in the Equity Market Deal of the Year (J&T Express IPO).
