Acquisition of Vinh Hao 6 Power Joint Stock Company by Leader Energy Vietnam Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam), as transaction counsel, advised Leader Energy Vietnam Pte. Ltd. (“Leader Energy Vietnam”), on its acquisition of all shares in Vinh Hao 6 Power Joint Stock Company (“Vinh Hao 6”) from the existing shareholders, including ACWA Power Vietnam Renewables Pte. Ltd., FECON Power Joint Stock Company and FECON Corporation.
Vinh Hao 6 operates a 50 MW solar farm project located in the Binh Thuan province with a total investment of US$53 million.
