US$24 million Series A financing of Immunefi
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Immuni Software Pte. Ltd. (“Immunefi”) on its US$24 million Series A financing, led by Framework Ventures.
Immunefi is a bug bounty and security services platform for Web3 which provides cybersecurity software and services to blockchain and DeFi projects.
