Acquisition of Athena Energy Holdings Pte Ltd by Manhattan Resources Limited
Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam) advised Manhattan Resources Limited (“MRL”) as Vietnam counsel on its US$4.3 million acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Athena Energy Holdings Pte Ltd, a renewable energy company with 4MW of operating and 30MW commitment in rooftop commercial and industrial solar projects in Vietnam and a strong pipeline of renewable energy projects.
This acquisition is a key milestone for MRL as it will strengthen MRL’s ability to accelerate growth in the renewable energy business.
