Allen & Gledhill has expanded its regional network through the establishment of Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam). The new regional office located in Ho Chi Minh City will enhance the Firm’s regional capabilities in order to better serve its clients.
Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam) is fully licensed to provide our clients with Vietnam legal advice and issue Vietnam legal opinions. Headed by Partner Oh Hsiu-Hau together with a team of local Vietnamese and Singapore lawyers, Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam) will provide clients with top quality legal services that are based on sound local knowledge and international best practices in areas such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Financial Services, Capital Markets, Corporate and Commercial matters, Corporate Real Estate, Energy, Infrastructure & Projects, as well as International Arbitration.
In addition, Allen & Gledhill (Vietnam) will be able to tap on the expertise of more than 600 lawyers across the Allen & Gledhill Network in ASEAN to provide clients with integrated, seamless and premium legal services on cross-border matters in this region and beyond.
