Issue of S$500 million notes by PSA Treasury Pte. Ltd. under its US$3.5 billion global medium term note programme
Allen & Gledhill advised PSA International Pte Ltd ("PSA International”) and PSA Treasury Pte. Ltd. (“PSA Treasury”) on the issue by PSA Treasury of S$500 million 1.63% notes due 2030 (“Notes”) under its US$3.5 billion global medium term note programme.
PSA International is the guarantor for the Notes.
