US$323.5 million initial public offering and listing of United Hampshire US REIT
Allen & Gledhill advised United Hampshire US REIT Management Pte. Ltd., as manager of United Hampshire US REIT (“Manager”), as transaction counsel and Singapore legal adviser, on the US$323.5 million initial public offering (“IPO”) and listing of United Hampshire US REIT on the Singapore Exchange.
The IPO portfolio comprises 22 grocery-anchored and necessity-based retail properties and modern, climate-controlled self-storage facilities located across the United States of America worth US$599.2 million.
Advising the Manager were Allen & Gledhill Joint Managing Partner Jerry Koh and Partners Teh Hoe Yue and Jonathan Lee.
