Issue of US$750 million notes by DBS Group Holdings Ltd

Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”) on the issue of its US$750 million 2.85 per cent. notes due 2022 under its US$30 billion global medium term note programme.
