- Acted for DBS Bank on the S$436 million facilities to Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (formerly known as Mapletree Commercial Trust) to finance the trust scheme of arrangement merger with Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust.
- Acted for Singapore Airlines on the S$4 billion facilities from DBS Bank and United Overseas Bank to finance its short term liquidity requirements amid worldwide border closures during the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
- Acted for DBS Bank, Maybank, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation and United Overseas Bank, as Global Coordinators, on the S$8.67 billion facilities to Marina Bay Sands to finance, among other purposes, the expansion of the iconic Marina Bay Sands integrated resort.
- Acted for DBS Bank, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation, MUFG, Sumitomo-Mitsui Banking Corporation and United Overseas Bank on the S$1.02 billion facilities to Jewel Changi Airport Trust to refinance the development of Jewel Changi Airport.
