Partner
Patricia heads the Allen & Gledhill Corporate Services (AGCS) team of fully qualified and experienced managers who provide the full range of corporate secretarial and related corporate support services to the Firm’s clients.
Patricia’s practice encompasses corporate and commercial law, and she advises on corporate governance and compliance, and on the establishment and administration of all legal entities registered in Singapore, which includes variable capital companies, public unlisted companies, companies limited by guarantee, private companies, limited liability partnerships and foreign companies (Singapore branches) as well as societies and limited partnerships.
She regularly advises companies across a wide spectrum of industries, on various corporate matters, governance and compliance issues as well as on immigration and employment issues.
Patricia serves on the board of private and public unlisted companies, acts as company secretary to these companies and also acts as an authorised representative for registered foreign companies with Singapore branches.
Patricia graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) degree and holds an LL.M. from the National University of Singapore.
