Sophia Feng

International Counsel

Sophia practises international arbitration and international litigation. Prior to joining Allen & Gledhill, Sophia established the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Shanghai Office. She served concurrently as SIAC's first Shanghai Chief Representative and as their Head of China Relations.

Sophia is listed as a panel arbitrator at SIAC (Reserve Panel), an International Mediator at the Singapore International Mediation Centre, and is on several arbitration and mediation panels in mainland China. 

In Sophia's early years, she practised at a Beijing law firm. There she represented well-known multi-nationals in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and enforcement, as well as for non-contentious matters.

Sophia is cited by Asian Legal Business as being one of the region’s super 50 Dispute Lawyers for advising clients on risk management and dispute resolution in Asia.

Sophia obtained her LL.M. degree on full scholarship from Michigan State University College of Law, USA in 2012.

冯璞律师在安盛律师事务所担任国际律师，执业领域包括国际仲裁及新加坡国际诉讼与执行。在加入安盛之前，冯璞律师设立了新加坡国际仲裁中心的上海办事处。她同时兼任新加坡国际仲裁中心中国区主任及上海办事处首任首席代表。

冯律师担任新加坡国际仲裁中心仲裁员、新加坡国际调解中心国际调解员、及中国北京、上海等多家仲裁调解机构的仲裁员、调解员。

冯律师曾在北京某知名律所执业，代理过多起重大民商事案件，积累了丰富的诉讼仲裁经验。冯璞律师也曾为中国大型集团企业提供多项非诉法律业务服务。

冯律师被《亚洲法律杂志》评为亚洲风险管理和争议解决领域为客户提供优质法律服务的50强争议解决律师之一。

冯律师在2012年获得美国密歇根州立大学全额奖学金，并获得该校法学硕士学位。

  • Acting for a Chinese State Owned Enterprise in an ICC arbitration against an Indian entity in relation to an international sale of goods dispute valued in excess of US$100 million.
  • Acting for a Chinese state-owned enterprise in a SIAC arbitration against a European company in relation to a US$600 million construction contract dispute.
  • Acting for a Chinese construction and engineering company on the development of power plant project in Sri Lanka.
  • Advising the main contractor a Chinese state-owned enterprise on their dispute with Singapore listed company in Malaysia. The amount of the dispute is RM818 million.
  • Acted for a Chinese state-owned enterprise in a China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) arbitration.
