S$391.1 million divestment by Keppel Ltd. of a 70% stake in Saigon Sports City Limited
Allen & Gledhill, as transaction counsel, advised Keppel Ltd. (“Keppel”), via its subsidiary, Oil (Asia) Pte. Ltd., on the S$391.1 million divestment of a 70% stake in Saigon Sports City Limited, which holds the right to develop a mixed-use project on a land plot of approximate 64 ha in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a transaction value of up to S$391.1 million.
