S$1.07 billion term and revolving facilities to GWC Commercial Pte. Ltd. and S$321 million term and revolving facilities to GWC Serviced Apartments Pte. Ltd.
Allen & Gledhill advised DBS Bank Ltd. (“DBS”), as transaction counsel, on the S$1.07 billion term and revolving facilities to GWC Commercial Pte. Ltd. and the S$321 million term and revolving facilities to GWC Serviced Apartments Pte. Ltd. (collectively, the “Facilities”).
The Facilities are to refinance, among other purposes, the existing facilities granted in relation to the acquisition of Great World City and Great World Serviced Apartments.
