Ernest’s expertise is in acting for property developers in the acquisition and development and sale of commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Ernest also has experience in direct and indirect acquisitions including en bloc acquisitions, real estate financing, commercial leasing and real estate investment trusts.

Ernest graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LL.B. (Hons) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1994. He joined Allen & Gledhill in 2001.

• Acted for Sentosa Development Corporation in the parcellation and sale of land parcels in Sentosa Cove, Singapore to individual and property developers for property development.
• Acted for many property developers in their acquisition of Government Land Sales sites from URA and HDB for property development.
• Acted for property developers in their acquisition of land sales sites from JTC for property development.
• Acted for property developers in en-bloc acquisitions including Amber Gardens, Katong Park Towers, Eunosville, Tulip Garden, Golden Mile Complex and Meyer Park, Delfi Orchard.
• Acted for property developers in the development of sale of numerous development projects in Singapore.
• Acted for property owners in their asset enhancement initiatives and redevelopment projects involving their existing property portfolio.
